Pleasant Valley Apartment homes have 15 lovely one-bedroom apartments and 9 spacious two-bedroom apartments with exciting floor plans.  Each apartment home has large closets, telephone and cable television hookups and air conditioning.  The two-bedroom apartments have washer/dryer hookups.  Apartment homes on the third floor have vaulted ceilings for the ultimate in apartment living.

Free onsite parking is available to all of our residents.  In addition, heated underground parking is available for $40.00 per month.  Elevators are available to take you to each of our three levels of apartment homes and the underground parking.

Pleasant Valley Apartments welcomes seniors of all income levels.  To qualify for an income eligible apartment, the combined gross income of all adults in the household must be below the Dane County Maximum Income Limit.  The limit is determined by the number of household members.
