Our apartment homes welcome seniors of all income levels.

 Some of our properties have a combination of market-rate apartment homes with no income restrictions and affordable apartment homes that have income limits.  To qualify for an income eligible apartment, the combined gross income of all adults in the household must be below the Dane County Maximum Income Limit (Columbia County for our property in Lodi).  The limit is determined by the number of household members.  The market-rate units, have no income restrictions.
